Why was George Bush out of the loop on 9/11?

This is an interesting video I found on you tube, courtesy of the user:bsregistration. I am currently researching the whole 9/11 event myself, even though its been over for 6 years, I think it is important to form a public investigation. Reason for this being is that the American Public has been lied to numerously from the current administration, and the current iraq war has been justified in the name of 9.11. Thus, we have a reason to conduct a thorough investigation of 9/11 to determine if the American Govt. was somehow involved. Why should we buy the original story when we've been lied to repeatedly?? Would like to hear everyones thoughts on this.
